PRESENT PERFECT
The "present perfect" is a time that is used to describe actions that just happened in the past and that have some connection with this.
FORM
[has/have + past participle]
Examples:
- You have seen that movie many times.
- Have you seen that movie many times?
- You have not seen that movie many times.

Use of Present Perfect
